Zwei Investoren planen Transfergesellschaften
Ab dieser Woche wird mit zwei potenziellen Investoren weiter verhandelt.

Diese Woche werden die Verhandlungen mit den zwei Übernahme-Kandidaten für die Meyra-Ortopedia-Gruppe aufgenommen. Beide beabsichtigen, eine Transfergesellschaft einzurichten.
Acht potenzielle Investoren hatten nach Ausführungen des Insolvenzverwalters Hans-Peter Burghardt aus Herford ein Angebot für einen Einstieg in das Unternehmen abgegeben. Mit zwei Interessenten wird nach mehreren Gläubigerversammlungen, wie berichtet, verbindlich weiter verhandelt. „Wir sind auf dem richtigen Weg“, so Burghardt. Er nennt als Grundlage für eine erfolgreiche Sanierung des Unternehmens die Einrichtung einer Transfergesellschaft.
Eine solche sehen nach Angaben des Insolvenzverwalters beide Übernahme-Kandidaten vor.
Transfergesellschaft soll helfen
Eine Transfergesellschaft soll von Arbeitslosigkeit bedrohte Mitarbeiter eines Betriebes in neue Beschäftigungsverhältnisse vermitteln. Im Fall Meyra werde sie für jene Beschäftigten eingerichtet, die voraussichtlich ihren Job verlieren. „Eine exakte Anzahl der abzubauenden Arbeitsplätze sowie der davon betroffenen (…) Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens ist abhängig von den weiteren Verhandlungen mit den potenziellen Investoren und kann jetzt noch nicht beziffert werden“, so Burghardt. Er merkt jedoch an, dass die Angebote der acht Interessenten auch daraufhin bewertet worden seien, dass möglichst viele Arbeitsplätze erhalten bleiben können.
Auch sei festzuhalten, dass es unter den abgegebenen Angeboten auch solche ohne Einrichtung einer Transfergesellschaft gegeben habe. Im August soll eine Einigung über die Rahmenbedingungen der Transfergesellschaft erfolgen. Unter anderem geht es da um die Laufzeit und um Qualifizierungsangebote.
Verhandlungen mit Investoren bis September
Welcher der beiden potenziellen Investoren die insolvente Meyra-Ortopedia übernimmt, soll sich innerhalb der kommenden Wochen entscheiden. Der Insolvenzverwalter hat das Ziel, die verbindlichen Verhandlungen kurzfristig – voraussichtlich im September – abzuschließen.
Positiv äußert sich Hans-Peter Burghardt zum laufenden Geschäftsbetrieb. Dieser sei stabil, die Umsätze lägen aktuell sogar über der Planung. „Kunden und Lieferanten halten dem Unternehmen die Treue, gleichzeitig tun die Mitarbeiter von Meyra alles, um diesem Vertrauen gerecht zu werden – gute Voraussetzungen also, um das Unternehmen zu erhalten“, resümiert der Insolvenzverwalter.
